Solana Privacy Hack: Inco Prize Winners

Inco enables developers to build decentralized applications with native confidentiality, all while using their familiar development tools and environment. With Inco Lightning now live on Solana Devnet, builders can build confidential apps, unlocking a plethora of use cases.
Teams at the Solana Privacy Hack took this to heart, building a variety of applications across DeFi, gaming, payments, and infrastructure. Thank you to all the participants; we loved seeing what you could build using Inco on Solana.
Here are the winners. Each project used Inco to build a confidential app.
Gaming
khel.fun Poker
khel.fun is an onchain poker game with real fairness guarantees. Card shuffling is handled via encrypted randomness (e_rand), and card dealing uses Inco's encrypted compute, so no player can ever see cards they shouldn't. The result is a fully verifiable poker experience where game integrity is enforced at the protocol level.

The Casino & Church
The Casino & Church is a narrative-driven game exploring the duality of crypto: speculation and belief. Inco powers the Casino side of the experience: encrypted PRNGs determine outcomes, confidential player positions are computed against encrypted random numbers, and results are only decryptable by the player themselves. LPs can also provide liquidity confidentially while earning platform fees.

DeFi
Zivo Exchange
Zivo Exchange is a private onchain orderbook built on Solana. Order sizes, remaining amounts, and settlement balances are all handled through Inco's encrypted token standard and confidential transfers.

VelvetSwap
VelvetSwap is a confidential AMM on Solana Devnet. All token balances are stored as ciphertexts, and the swap math runs entirely using Inco's encrypted compute. Swap amounts never appear in plaintext onchain—a stark contrast to traditional DEXs where all trade data is publicly visible.

Payments
Bagel
Bagel is a privacy-preserving payroll system on Solana. Salaries are stored as encrypted types onchain using Inco. Employers can process payroll without ever seeing plaintext amounts, and only employees can decrypt their own compensation. The system also includes compliance checks, real-time pay streaming, and verifiable income proofs.

Infrastructure
DarkBridge
DarkBridge is a privacy-preserving cross-chain bridge between Base and Solana. It uses Inco to keep transaction amounts, balances, and participant identities hidden onchain, bringing confidentiality to the cross-chain experience.
